Appellate Brief Summaries
1. Criminal Brief - Written for an attorney who was appealing a guilty verdict in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. 4. Reply Brief - Written for the same case as the divorce brief above, this is an example of a Reply Brief. It replies to the brief filed by the wife in response to ours.
